The workpiece expands due to the uniform heating. Bearings can then be mounted cleanly and easily without effort and without jamming. Thanks to the infinitely adjustable temperature, the bearing can be heated gently and will not be damaged.

The heating device is delivered with power cable, temperature probe and protective gloves.

G-LUBE EM is a temperature-independent high-pressure lubrication system for single- and multi-point lubrication applications with grease. With its high delivery pressure of up to 60 bar (870 psi), G-LUBE EM is particularly powerful and ideally suited for demanding applications. A uniform lubricant delivery is ensured throughout the entire operating period, even in settings subject to temperature fluctuations or high back pressures.

High flexibility through a wide range of models

G‑LUBE EM B delivers precise lubrication for up to 12 months and is completely autonomous thanks to battery operation. Depending on the application, the lubrication system is equipped with either an alkaline or lithium battery.

G‑LUBE EM V can be used flexibly thanks to an operating voltage of 9–36 VDC. Thanks to the machine-operating-time synchronisation, precise, needs-based lubrication is guaranteed.
The battery-free operation reduces follow-up costs and is good for the environment.

You also benefit from 9-36 VDC operating voltage with G-LUBE EM D. The lubrication system is programmed and monitored via your PLC. This gives you the greatest possible freedom in terms of lubrication quantity and intervals for efficient, precise and cost-conscious lubrication.

For use with oil: G-LUBE EM OIL

For use with oil, the product variant G-LUBE EM OIL is available for all three models. Thanks to the large oil reservoir and a delivery pressure of up to 10 bar (145 psi), several lubrication points can be supplied simultaneously – even over long distances. Save time and money by easily refilling the lubrication system directly on site.

Fast, precise and secure mounting of bearings

Mounting tools are necessary to mount bearings, bushings, sealing rings and pulleys safely, precisely, damage-free and quickly. Especially when mechanically mounting bearings, it is crucial that the bearing is supported on the inside and outside to avoid damage that leads to premature bearing damage.

Lubricus offers a new portal to the world of automatic lubrication. With the highly versatile Lubricus lubrication system, both single lubrication points and a whole group of varied points can be provided with lubricant continuously over a long period of time.

Flexible lubrication

The Lubricus lubrication system is an extremely compact lubrication unit for oils and greases up to NLGI class 2. The lubrication system works either autonomously with a battery back or using an external voltage supply (24 VDC).

Dependent on the version, Lubricus has up to four outlets and is thus optimally suited for uses with multiple lubricating points.

Lubricus is suitable for the simple and reliable supply of lubrication to bearings, linear guides, chains and open tooth systems, for which special lubricating pinions and lubricating gearwheels are available.

Due to the compact dimensions, the  Lubricus is optimally suited for upgrades or retrofitting.
